Ready, Set, Go!

The gloomy skies did not stop us from dividing up in groups and hitting the town with neon invitations. Blanca and I were "invitation partners." Aah...what a blessing...sort of...I was probably the only one who had a partner who was so slow due to all the flowers she picked along the way. Oh Blancuchi.


Blanca holds up the invitations as we walked/waded door-to-door.


We returned in time for supper. Our amazing and talented team of volunteers had decorated the wall, appropriate for our theme, "Fishing in the Bible." Yaneli tapes up bubbles as finishing touches.


The comedor really does look like an aquarium...Kris, you would hate it. ;)
