Our resident monkey, Andres, tied a rope in the tree to make his own swing. Notice the new "fauxhawk" he is sporting. Jenna is the best mom ever! ;)
Karla Josie and Lili spent at least two hours on the teeter-totter, perfecting their daredevil version of standing up while teeter-tottering. They were so serious about it!
This great of a trick didn't come without a few fights... ;) Karla Josie yells, "LILI! DO IT RIGHT!"

Denise and Carissa got out the parachute for the little boys preschool time, but because the other kids had the day off, soon the parachute was surrounded and the kids had a great time running around!

Some of the kids hurry to trade spots under the parachute before they are trapped underneath.

Jeff hiked up Timi's pants and we all sat around and laughed...How are these boys ever going to be normal? Doesn't Timi look like Kramer?
P.S. I don't know if I have ever written the words "teeter-totter." Did I spell it right?

Cute pictures. Being outside with shirt sleeves sounds pretty good right now. If we did that this week we'd get frost bite for sure! Your kids will be able to burn off energy outside now ~ that's always a welcome change for parents. :)
Keep up the good work!
Love you,
Todd and Teresa
I'm so jealous of the warmer weather. It's SOOOOOOO cold here.
Amy,
It is 0 degrees this morning, as it has been almost every morning this week. But, we look on the bright side...0 is nothing! I am really worried about global warming.....
Looking forward to seeing you in 18 days.
Love, Dad
Ames,
It's freakin' cold this morning, 0 degrees like yesterday. However, it is warming up. On Monday it was -5 and felt like -26 with the wind chill. That was the day one water fountain for the calves froze solid. We came in after an hour frozen solid ourselves. It still is not working. Oh, I forgot! We had three 2 hour delays from the cold!
P.S. Jack Frost, eat your heart out!
