Squishing Love at CVE

Living in such close proximity at CVE, we have more than our share of young budding romances...among the kids. ;) Last night Federico and Karla Josie were "walking like gum" as we say in Spanish.

Caught! Federico and Karla Josie started to whine about why they couldn't play together all the time, so instead of trying to explain to them, they were each sat in chairs to read assigned chapters of the Bible, until they could explain it to me.

They continued to talk with each other until...

Much to Federico's dismay, Joel pulled his chair in a different direction.

Karla Josie reads I Corinthians 7 and provided a a great summary.

Oh my. It was fun. :)

In all seriousness, please be prayerful for us at CVE as the children, along with the workers are going through a time of being "sifted." May all of our weakness showcase God's strength. Luke 22:30-31

Ames-

That's too cute. I love that you made them read the bible to explain it to you. I would love to hear the explanation.

Praying for you!

LOL... love your posts.

We're praying for you all at CVE. The name of our Lord Jesus Christ is powerful... Prov. 18:10 "The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe."

13 year-olds can be pretty romantic!
Have fun!

Amy~
I've wondered if this was ever a problem and figured that it may be. We will keep praying for you, the staff, the children and the community.
Love you,
Teresa
